Opportunities show only a neighborhood, city and approximate distance. Your street address, unit and access notes are revealed to a single Fitness Cook only after you confirm the booking.
Dietary and health information
Allergies, dislikes and dietary preferences are shared with your assigned cook so meals are prepared safely. They are not shown on public pages.
Cook application documents
Certificates, licenses and verification details are used for approval review by our team only, and are never shown to customers.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor. Nourivafit stores only the amounts, status and payout records needed to run the marketplace.
Messages
Messages between a customer and cook are tied to a booking and readable only by those two people, plus our support team when investigating a report.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time, and can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data.
