A marketplace, not an employer
Nourivafit connects customers with independent Fitness Cooks. Cooks set their own availability and choose which opportunities to claim. Nourivafit is not a party to the cooking work itself.
Guides
Guides are digital products purchased before a request is posted. Meal guides are provided for general wellness and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, unless a guide was specifically created by an appropriately licensed professional.
Bookings and payment
Visit pay is displayed before a cook claims a request. Customers authorize payment when a booking is confirmed, and funds are released to the cook after the visit is completed and the checklist is submitted.
Cancellations
Either side may cancel before a visit begins. Repeated late cancellations may lead to reduced access to the marketplace.
Conduct
Cooks agree to food-safety practices, respectful conduct in a customer's home and accurate reporting of completed work. Customers agree to provide safe kitchen access and accurate instructions.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for safety, fraud or repeated policy violations.
